Yesterday, Liveleak dropped this atom bomb of a video on the internet. In the video, we see a highly-dosed man going completely berserk inside of a Ray Skillman GMC dealership after he apparently tried to steal a car from the showroom.
Throughout the video, the man can be heard screaming profanities and threats as workers and then the police surround him. When he threatens nudity and rips his pants off, the police eventually move in and tase/beat him.
Some are trying to claim that this is police brutality. But what do you think of the incident??
