As they continue to get prepared for the North American Auto Show and the release of the 4C Spider, Alfa Romeo took some time to drop this video, which has since gone viral. Racking up well over 2 million views during its first 36 hours, the Alfa Romeo ad has obviously gotten a lot of attention, while sparking a number of debates by the Youtube trolls.
4wheelonline’s take on the ride??…Starting at a little over $55,000, the 4C is certainly one of the better deals out on the market– considering you have that type of money, of course.
The sleek, 2650 pound ride is powered by a 237 horsepower, 1.7 liter direct-injected turbo four-cylinder engine that propels it to a dizzying top speed of 158 miles per hour. Featuring a fast steering ratio and siz-speed manual transmission, it’s also a quick little bugger, nailing a 4.3 second 0-60 time.
Car and Driver was so impressed with the ride that they even decided to hand out a perfect 5 out of 5 rating, while saying, “This is a gorgeous, mid-engined Italian exotic carved down to affordable scale.”
Who would’ve ever thought that $60,000 was affordable?? Well, welcome to 2015.
