Using a GMC 2500 Exhaust to Clear Water from a 400′ Conduit

Hey, trucks are multi-functional tools. We all know that.

So, when Keith Cutler- the author of this video- asked anybody if they had any bright ideas on how to clear a 400′ conduit without an air compressor, his brother-in-law stepped up to the plate and said they should use a truck exhaust.

“I said that is the most red neck idea I’ve ever heard. We absolutely have to try it,” Cutler recounts. “We then connected a conduit we bent with a heat blanket to the exhaust of a GMC 2500 Diesel, which conveniently fit tightly to a 3″ coupling.”

The rest, as you can see in the video below, was magic.
