Recently, Webster Engineering in Bedford, England put together a souped up, street legal Bentley Continental GT dragster. The vehicle features a twin-turbo, 10.2 liter Chevy V8 crate motor that produces an astonishing 3,082 horsepower. Below is the release of the raw version of the vehicle. It sounds like a pissed off, roaring lion.

One week later, the vehicle was ready for the drag races and appeared in the European Drag Racing Championships at Santa Pod Raceway in Podington, England. According to reports, the vehicle can do the quarter mile in under 7 seconds and reach a top speed that is slightly over 200 miles per hour.
The entire vehicle took 8 months to build and cost approximately $420,000. This Bentley Continental is not the only great specimen coming from Webster Race Engineering, though. The company has been involved in a number of high profile vehicles which include the world record holding four cylinder Ford Focus. Over the years, Webster Race Engineering developed high powered vehicles for big time names like Dee Ireland, Leon Green, Steve Whittaker, Chris Impey, and Ian Page.
They might just be worth a follow on Facebook. Just saying…
