If the front of your pickup points skywards when you’re hauling something heavy, or the back end looks like it’s heading for the heavens when it’s not under load, you probably need a leveling kit.
Most trucks are heavier at one end than the other because of the engine up front or a full cargo bed in back. This makes the heavier end sit lower on the suspension giving the vehicle a nose-up or nose-down attitude. A leveling kit is designed to counteract this effect by lifting one end of a vehicle so it rides level with the other end under load.
