LED Lights Can Prevent Sleeping at the Wheel

Sleep deprivation has always been a huge problem for drivers. In fact, it’s believed that more than 15,000 deaths per year come from drivers that are drowsy because of a lack of sleep. Part of this can be contributed to lifestyle, family, and age. Recently, researchers have found a possible solution to this problem: LED lights. LED lights have been proven to suppress melatonin, the sleep inducing compound in our brain.
